Description EcoConcern is responsible for the management of the drinking water systems including bio-sand filtration system, ultrafiltration system, copper candle filters, and ozonation filtration system. The entire water filtration system and storage system will be monitored monthly including water sampling and analysis, and cleaning of the pre-filters and filters, whereas replacement and/or repair of parts in the water filtration system will be carried out in line with the contract or as needed. Overhead and underground tanks will be cleaned annually.
Objectives:
- Preventive Maintenance: Monthly monitoring of entire water filtration system, monthly cleaning of the pre-filters and filters, annual cleaning of over-head and underground water tanks
- Corrective Maintenance: Replacement of the parts, repair of defective or broken parts
- Water Sampling and Analysis: Monthly treated water sampling from three sampling points, and bi-annual raw water sampling from two points
- On-call Services: Respond within 4- 6 hours during emergencies and within 24 hours during normal situations
