Description EcoConcern is currently undertaking a detailed technical assessment of healthcare liquid waste generated from Damak Hospital and Provincial Hospital Bhadrapur. The scope of work includes:

  • On-site inspection of all HCLW generation points: laboratories, wards, isolation units, laundries, operation theaters, ICU, dialysis unit, etc.
  • Assess wastewater flow patterns, plumbing connections, drainage networks, and effluent discharge routes
  • Collect representative samples for laboratory analysis (pH, BOD, COD, TSS, Oil and Grease, Phenolic compound, Total Residual Chlorine, Mercury, Cyanide, Cadmium, Lead, Fecal Coliform) of two wastewater samples (one in each hospital)
  • Compare test results with relevant national standards
  • Conduct a detailed topographic survey of the proposed site location
  • Preparation of a topographic map indicating all physical features and ground levels
  • Conceptual design of wastewater treatment system for both hospitals
  • Provide Civil General Arrangement Drawings, Cost Estimate and BOQ
  • Provide general plan and recommendation
