Ms. Charushree Nakarmi, Project Manager, is responsible for overall Project implementation activities of EcoConcern. She has been leading the project level implementation providing strategic direction and technical backstopping to the project teams for achieving the targeted goal and expected outcomes.She has been contributing in projects with national and international partners through her technical expertise and  holds a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University and MA in Rural Development from Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur, Nepal.

Ms. Sujita Prajapati is working as Admin and Finance Manager at EcoConcern and holds more than six years of experience in Accounts and administration department. She is responsible for financial planning for short and long term business strategy, investments, hedging, cash management, internal risk management, auditing and accounting.She supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice to make the best business decisions for the company. She is also responsible for liaising with managerial staff, stakeholders and executives for planning organizing and controlling financial activities efficiently.She holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies and Bachelors in Business Administration.

Ms. Ambika Khanal is working as Assistant Production Officer at EcoConcern and is responsible for assisting in planning, management and execution of production operations for EcoConcern products such as Water testing kit and its reagents, FRC kit, Arsenic Test kit, ECC vial etc. Alongside, she is responsible for maintaining the overall  documentation of production as well as cooperating with various vendors for ensuring smooth operation of EcoConcern products. Mr. Ashok Khanal is working as Finance Associate since 2018 and is mainly responsible for handling financial and accounting related documentation. Apart from that, he is also responsible for execution of administrative and logistics functions, and in maintaining customer relations at laboratory. Dejina Shrestha completed a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Kathmandu University (KU). Upon completion of her undergraduate studies, she worked as a Research Assistant and Project Coordinator at Nepal Technology Innovation Center (NTI) under a rural development project in KU. She is now currently engaged as a Proposal Writing Officer under Business Development Unit (BDU) at Eco Concern Pvt. Ltd. She has been regularly tracking donor, potential donor, and research proposal submission opportunities, more so in WASH sectors. She prepares, drafts, and edits concept notes and proposals ensuring the final production of a competitive proposal for submission to the client for timely and efficient implementation. Simultaneously, she works with teams of technical, field, and management staff and coordinates with partners, and collaborators throughout the proposal development process while also representing the organization in public forums and with donor agencies and foundations where required.

She has also participated in several training programs and workshops related to faecal sludge management under IHE Delt and entrepreneurship business development programs under the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She recently received training in Professional Proposal Writing, Fund Raising, and Donor Relationship under Bangkok Corporate Training Center International (BCTCI) to elevate the learning and efficiency in her current profession.

Nabina KC has been working at ENPHO laboratory since 2010 in various capacities. Currently, she is working as a Technical Officer in the laboratory and has overall responsibility of technical management of the lab. She is competent in the analysis of physicochemical and microbiological analysis of water, waste-water and soil sample and has knowledge and experience about the operation and calibration of different equipment like Atomic Adsorption Spectrometer, UV spectrometer and others, used for the analysis of different water quality parameters. In addition, she has developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of different parameters analysed at laboratory and responsible for managing the team of analysts in the lab. She has participated in different national and international training and is one of the key resource persons for training on different water quality testing trainings. She is treasured for dedication to work and her knowledge in microbiology. She holds Master degree in Environment and Public Health Microbiology from Tribhuwan University.

Ms. Amrita Angdembe is working as a Project Officer at EcoConcern Pvt. Ltd. involved primarily with projects related to WASH sector; Solid Waste Management, Health Care Waste Management and Shit Flow Diagram(SFD). She has worked as an SFD Expert for the preparation of SFD of 18 Municipalities, Nepal. Her quick-learning attitude is an asset to the organization.She has completed Masters in Environmental Science from College of Applied Sciences (CAS) affiliated to Tribhuvan University, Nepal.

Mr. Kaiti has been currently working as a Project Engineer. His key responsibilities involve AUTOCAD drawing preparation along with proposal and report writing. He has completed his Bachelor's from Khowpa College of Engineering in Civil Engineering and has worked in different NGOs and INGOs such as NSET and ENOPS as well many private civil engineering firms in Nepal.

Ms. Shreeya Shrestha is a Proposal Development Associate at Eco Concern Pvt. Ltd, where she is primarily responsible for WASH sector exploration and research, assimilation of documents required during the proposal development process, and effective coordination. She is an enthusiastic, adaptable, and outspoken individual who works well both individually and as part of a team. Ms. Shrestha is detail-oriented and competent in leadership, having actively participated in research in both professional and community service groups. She received her Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Kathmandu University. She has completed her final year project related to water energy and food nexus and managed to publish the outcomes in an international peer-reviewed journal. 

She has also participated in the training conducted by Bangkok Corporate Training Center International (BCTCI) on Professional Proposal Writing, Fund Raising, and Donor Relationship.

Ms. Bibha Shah is currently working as an analyst at ENPHO lab and has a rich experience and skill in physico-chemical and microbiological parameters of water, wastewater, sludge and soil samples through her 7 year experience at lab. She has participated in several national and international trainings related to water/wastewater quality testing and training delivery. Besides, regular sample analysis, she is also one of the resource persons for training in water quality testing using standards methods in lab or using field test kit in field. She is also experienced in field based water sample collection and testing using field test kits including microbiological tests. She has a keen interest in research related to microbiology and is valued at work for her diligence and quality of work she delivers. She holds a Master’s degree in Environment and Public Health Microbiology from Tribhuwan University.

Mr. Kiran Budhathoki has been working as an Production Assistamt at Eco Concern since 2021. His role is assisting production team in packaging of EcoConcern products. Previously, Kiran had been working as Office Assistant since the past 3 years where he was responsible for implementation of office related works such as management of office files and records and in ensuring cleanliness of the workspace. Mr. Bishnu Prasad Koirala is currently working as General Analyst at ENPHO lab and has been working in lab since 24 years. He is one of the most experienced persons in ENPHO lab and has extensively travelled across 77 districts in Nepal for water quality monitoring projects. With history of testing more than 80000 samples in lab, he is very well-trained and technically sound in laboratory analysis especially of water, wastewater, soil and air samples. His expertise mainly lies in operation of instruments like Atomic Absorption Spectrometer, UV spectrometer, distillation and digestion units in lab and field test kits. He has also executed many sample collection and its analysis projects on field.

Mr. Raju Tamang is working as support staff in lab and is responsible for overall housekeeping and maintenance of cleanliness of laboratory and glassware of lab.
